How long is each Creative Portfolio Lab session?

Each session is a 45-minute guided studio production.

Sessions are structured for efficiency, creative direction, and high-quality results without unnecessary time on set. This allows members to receive strong portfolio content while maintaining a professional workflow.

 

Can I reschedule or roll over missed sessions?

Sessions must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.

Missed sessions do not roll over to the following month. This policy allows Kroma to maintain consistent scheduling and fair access for all members.

If you need to reschedule, we recommend providing as much notice as possible.

 

What is included in my edited images?

 

Each membership tier includes a set number of professionally retouched portfolio images per month.

Retouching includes:

  • Color correction
  • Skin tone balancing
  • Exposure and contrast adjustments
  • Professional polish suitable for portfolio use

Additional images may be purchased separately.

 

Can I upgrade or cancel my membership?

Yes.

  • Memberships are billed monthly
  • You may upgrade tiers at any time
  • A 30-day notice is required for cancellation
